EVENT DESCRIPTION: The course, pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/2008 and subsequent amendments, aims to provide personnel with adequate knowledge on the protection of health and safety in the workplace in accordance with art. 4 State Regions Agreement of 21/12/2011 relating to the General Security Module.
SPECIFIC TRAINING OBJECTIVES:
This training event, in accordance with the dictates of the legislation, is articulated through the presentation of the concepts listed below with specific reference to Article 37, paragraph 1 and paragraph 3, letter a) - Legislative Decree 81/2008 and subsequent amendments. Specifically, the following topics: Concepts of risk, damage, prevention, protection, organization of company prevention, rights, duties and penalties for the various company subjects and finally the supervisory, control and assistance bodies

EVENT EVALUATION METHOD DESCRIPTION:
The tests present at the end of the modules do not affect the passing of the course.
Final evaluation test consisting of 12 questions each with 4 answers, only 1 of which is correct.
The participant has 5 attempts at his disposal. With each attempt the question set changes.
In case of failure even at the 5th attempt, the participant must repeat the use of all the contents of the course.
The course is considered passed with 10 correct answers out of 12 and after completing the customer satisfaction questionnaire
